This is a truly private experience of traditional food and way of life from Dubrovnik area. Country side drive along the beautiful coastal area, old Mediterranean villages, panoramic views, off the beaten paths overlooking the Elaphite islands and meeting locals, out of crowds...
Old olive oil mill and press visit with traditional home made snack ( smoked ham, cheese, honey, olives ) with welcome drink, presented and served by a local family at the beginning...
Visit to medieval Ston town known of it's longest preserved City Walls, salt works and architecture from the 14th century.
10 minutes away is home of Mediterranean oyster, in Bistrina bay. A local oyster farmer is going to take us by his comfortable vessel to his farms. Enjoying fresh, raw oysters directly from the crystal clear sea while listening interesting story of their existence here since the roman times in the middle of the bay is just a great escape...
Home grown seasonal fruits, home made cheese, wine and liquors are here to remind us we are experiencing the real thing...
After this unique experience, we can carry on exploring more of the local cuisine like traditional Peka meal in one of the local villages, sea food along the coastline or even a swim break in the crystal clear Adriatic sea, all optional and up to you !!!

ITINERARY: Pick up at any preferred location in Dubrovnik. An hour long drive through the local villages overlooking the Elaphite islands and visit an old olive oil mill and press with traditional home made snack.
Visit to medieval Ston town to introduce you to it's great historical value.
Just 10 minutes from Ston and we are there, in Bistrina bay!!! A nice comfortable vessel ride to the oyster farms in the middle of the calm bay. Oyster growing presentation and oyster tasting.
After that, return back to Dubrovnik, unless you would like to have your meal break ( traditional home made Peka meal in one of the villages can be arranged for you, but it needs confirmation two days in advance ) in one of the sea side restaurants or swim brake on the way.
